Cat on Eiffel Tower

This ended up being my best project, but it took a very long time to complete. My next project in Graphic Design 1 was to take an animal of choice and put it in a setting and show depth. I got stuck with the Eiffel Tower. I wont tell you how because it is a long explanation. Anyways, the project took so long because I had to draw the Eiffel Tower, and it intricate design. However, it turned out great. I love it. I look forwarded to putting it in contest in the future.

Joy

This project in Graphic Design 1, we where dealing with color for the first time. We had to pick an emotion and show it with the use of color. I am a happy person, so I chose joy. I decided to use the colors red-orange, yellow-orange, yellow, and yellow-green as my color theme. I made it long vertically to make it existing. I hope you feel joy when you look at my design.

Typography Portrait

My next assignment was to take a picture of myself and recreate it in Illustrator using only type. It was a typography assignment in Graphic Design 1. Sadly, a week into this project I found myself in the hospital for a week. I am fine now, but when I got out I was behind in a lot of work for my Graphic Design classes for the rest of the semester, and sadly, this project never got finished. But I do plane of finishing it in my free time. And I will put it up here! It is looking good thus far.

Mr. Skunk

My next project in Graphic Design 1 was to create a sign of a specific animal. The idea was to simplify the animal and make it look good as well. My animals were a Skunk and a Tiger. I am only going to show my skunk because I like how it turned out and my tiger ended up being offal. I was extremely hard to please the teacher with this project.

Skew It Down

One of my first projects in Graphic Design 1 was to show how to get a square peg into a round whole. We had to think of many ideas to find one that is creative; mine was to skew it down. In Adobe, your can make objects bigger or smaller, this is called skewing. I hope I was able Illustrate this and made it look well. The project was in grayscale and designed in Illustrator.
